1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Scope of Services

AI Automation Xpress provides custom AI workflow automation, chatbot development, CRM integration, voice agents, and related consulting services. All projects, deliverables, milestones, and payment terms will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project contract signed by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

For us to build, deploy, and maintain your automation systems, you agree to provide timely access to the necessary tools, APIs, software credentials, and business data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to grant us access to these tools and platforms.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract:

  • All pre-existing materials, proprietary code, templates, and methodologies of AI Automation Xpress remain our intellectual property.
  • Deliverables created specifically for your project will be transferred to you upon receipt of full payment.
  • You grant us a limited license to access your systems solely for the purpose of building and maintaining your automations.

5. Fees and Payment

Project fees are based on the pricing tier selected or custom proposal agreed upon. Unless specified otherwise, projects require a deposit before commencement of work. All fees are non-refundable once work on a specific milestone has commenced.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Automation Xpress or its founder, Fatima Noor, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business operations, arising out of the use of our services or third-party automation tools (such as n8n, Make, or Zapier).

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
